Mr. Oliver has accumulated over 18 year of experience, through a variety of roles and positions, in multiple startups and enterprises with a proven track record of success developing and implementing business strategies and corporate governance.

Before joining Aina Worldwide, Andre served as a senior executive of operations and commercial director of Potencial Engenharia S.A. and Engecampo Engenharia Ltda, respectively, leading global construction firms based in Brazil, where he spearheaded new business development efforts and managed project of over $400M.
